It's much more impressive when seen in Paint Shop where you can watch the overlay as you slide the transparency slider.
The approach angle is damn near identical, if not exactly the same.
The pictures aren't taken from exactly the same angle.
Also of note is that the RA Bumper sticks out slightly further than the stock bumper, but still maintains the actual approach angle.
The other thing that I hadn't noticed before, was the way the RA Bumper matches the edge of the fender well trim, where-as the stock flimsy ass plastic wings do not.
