I drink coffee
all the time. So I am immune to the whole sleeping problem thing. But I drink a cup before I work out, punch in a kick ass sound soundtrack on my ipod (NIN, Punjabi MC, Prodigy etc.) and have a water bottle next to me. I have never considered anything like what you all are talking about.
Can you get it at health stores? Will it make me too muscley? Because I am very concerned about just keeping tone where I should be and being supple where it counts and just focus on that- not to lose weight or anything. Is it just for weight lifting? Please splain.
