No matter how good that SIG is, it is only as good as each individual round. A gun novice is much better off with a revolver. No need to know how to recover from a jam or dud round.

Disregarding the video, since as Bully 13 states, that is one in 6 billion, I will say yes, I'm faster with my SIG. Just the fact that most revolvers are six rounds, many are five round, and they are a pain to perform a tactical reload, compared to a magazine. So, after eight rounds, I can drop the mag and reload another 7 round mag a lot faster.
I have used semi-autos for over 40 years, and if kept clean, and you use reliable ammo, I have never had a misfire or a jam. Only time I have ever had a jam is on the firing range when experimenting with target ammo.
