Will you have it monitored? out here there are many companys who install complete systems (wireless) if you contract for a year or two with the monitoring company. I think we pay $30 a month.
I think they would/could tie into your sensors. If so I would go that route. The wireless suck. Batteries constantly die (regardless of what they tell you) and you'll get trouble codes at the panel.
The monitoring itself is sorta useless around here. I set it off one time and 2 HOURS later the cops came.

But it's nice for the panic button for the wife when I'm away and smoke detectors are hard wired.
