Default Re: Roof lights on hold?

I have the roof mounted lights and they do make allot of wind noise at 75-80 MPH but I have found that they work pretty well on the trails at night to give you light at a different angle. I have learned from the military that at night, driving lights or even NODs (Night Oberservation Devices), often give you a lack of depth derception. Dangerous at times. The roof lights often light up the ditches that you might miss with the driving lights. They are also great for lighting up recovery/repair areas. I would go for the sun roof if i had to do it again
