I had a plastic shim between my tow hooks & bumper, so order went...shim, brush guard, winch mount, tow hooks. You'll need an assistant to hold it all in place while you start the bolts. My winch wiring went right through the round holes in the lower grill opening, easy pass around the radiator, then you've gotta cut small slots in the battery post covers to let the wire through.
