Well I am sure those parts are all needed. The winch I am sure needs to be used to help that hunk of sh*t over speed bumps in the mall parking lot. I am sure there is quite of strain on the engine once you load that thing up with 10 screaming soccer kids, groceries and the parents. The snorkel is needed for the same reasons. They have to provide as much air to the engine as possible to get through the puddles in the low lying areas of the soccer field.
