Search will give you a bunch of threads (some including pictures) related to install of CB antennas, roof/rack mount lights, etc. There's
this one I posted a while bach that shows how to route up the driver side pillar. I assume something similar can be done on the passenger side pretty easily.
BTW, I don't know anything about the compatibility of XM and Sirius antennas.
