GO...you'll never regret it or at least I haven't. You'll be a little stiff or sore for a day or two after your first chiro adjustment, but it's well worth it IMHO

I have a great chiro & as p-gon mentioned they should work closely with my GP. It has kept me from having back surgery to date. However, if I ever need the back surgery, both dr.'s recommended the same surgeon

All of our family goes at least once a month for an adjustment, very relaxing.
