Looks good, could use more rewording imo though. In some areas it sounds like we are sick of them or mad, but really we are just laughing at them. Also, I think flipping off sounds better.
Lastly, you should expand on the environmental impact they have, driving around looking for hummers to flip off, and how their dangerous flipping hummers off and cutting them off equates to attacks on our mass transit system..call em terrorists!
But good start, I like.
