Bush and Kerry are sitting next to each other getting haircuts in the Congressional barbershop. The atmosphere is tense and no one in the room is talking. Kerry's barber finishes a couple of seconds ahead of Bush's and says, "There Senator, we're done. Would you like a little splash of lilac water?"
Kerry replies, "Hell no. My wife will tell me I smell like I've been in a New Orleans whorehouse."
Bush's barber says, "Mr. President, would you like some lilac water?"
Bush replies, "Sure. My wife has no idea what a whorehouse smells like."
