Since I ordered my H3 over the phone after shopping around I want to know excactly what to do when I walk in with the check in hand to purchase.

When you go in to sign the paperwork, they should show you the invoice. They will ask you for your authorization number, plug it in and get an approval number. Then they will print a 2 page form for you to intial saying you saw the invoice with the suppl price, and that is what you are buying the vehicle for.
