I talked with my dealer yesterday, scheduling a trip into the dealership today (new decoder motor
). He had never heard of the PI on the side roof rails, just stated they were backordered and not sure when he would get them in.
I guess even in the Detroit area, the customers have to educate the dealers on what bulletins and PIs are in the system for the vehicle.
