SIT is ok (mostly), COME HERE is intermittent (50/50), FETCH is not a concept he grasps yet.

Most dogs do not gain full bladder control until minimum 11 weeks old
so as stated be consistant, at such a young age you they need to go out after eating,drinking,playing, and first thing when they wake up as well as a few insurance outings every couple hours
. If you use a crate it needs to be just big enough for the dog, if yours is too big put some form of partition inside to make smaller so if they go they have to sit in it, they wont want to do that. My dogs (one is 13 mo's the other 6 years, father/son my avitar)dont have a signal to go out. they know we go out at 6am, 5pm, and 9 pm they hold it till its time. Good luck
