While parked, have someone turn the wheels while you put your hand on the plate. You'll really feel the plate thumping. The noise will be worse with the brakes applied. This is because it is putting a strain on the frame, and you will see the a-frame bushings actually streatch.

Take the plate off and it will disappear. Remedy ---put rubber washers on the mounting bolts, between the plate and frame.

Does the plate have 2 rubbers avoiding the torsion bar to hit it? If its that then from what my mechanic told me the torsion bar is hitting the rubber stoppers which is making the clunk....

Im going to the stealer this week to get it checked from them see what they say the problem is. Ill keep you guys updated.
