If a solution greater than 25 percent per weight (50% or greater is more effective) is injected, via a glass hypo with a glass needle, in a certain lower extremity found only on a man, it has been known to severely burn a few things. For more extreme measures, after the injection of acid, inject some water into the same area; it will then boil. It is a well known interrogation technique used by people to make someone talk, in those cases, the lower percentage is sufficient. Higher percentages tend to make people pass out in severe pain.
For someone trying to molest toddlers (or any kids for that matter), the higher percentage is required.
Don't try it at home.....
