My dealer replaced MY cracked roof rail with the same old stock. Go figure. When I brought it to his attention, he told me there weren't any newer roof rails. (Of course we ALL know there ARE new ones!) So, now since the replaced ones aren't cracked (yet), he doesn't want to replace it.
