I-5 = 607 miles and roughly 10 hrs (prolly more like 8 or 9)
I-5 is definitely faster, and cut over to Chico and head down the highway to Auburn and across to Georgetown. Bebe, does that sound like the best way to avoid traffic delays?
The shortest route on the map is straight down highway 395 to Redding and then down thru Chico and over. Calculates to 587 miles and 11 hrs on the GPS. I know this route is slower with more windie roads. (is windie a word?
