I'm going to disagree with the Doc. Once the 6.0L engine hits the 500'ish BHP range, the durability of the stock short block becomes dubious.
Maybe I'm being an ass, but-If you build performance for a living, a fact gotten off of the ""I have a customer", you should either know the beast or refer the work out to a knowledgeable shop.
IMHO, N2O is not an option for a 6400lb,4WD/AWD vehicle. This type of vehicle needs to add low end/mid range torque for performance enhancement. I do enjoy the nitrous go-go ability, but only if the recipient is able to use the power. Between the part time effect and the sudden power increase, it is more kin to a street rod with a curb weight of under 4K lbs and that is likley to be in a competition environment, i.e. drag race, stop light Grand Prix, Tollboth Joust.....
