Last minute decision. Almost went with a dry rub, but went wet. Put it on tinfoil on the grill at about 300* and kept basting it with BBQ sauce.
I totally screwed it up, but it came out ok. Next time I'm going to marinade/bast with a vinegar based sauce. Ummmmmm!!!!
