the overhangs will keep the z71 from going where the 3 can . but deffinetly a better front diff is in the z . my 90 z71 has been thru the paces and never a front diff issue . but i would never try taking it on golden spike . the 3 will go alot more places with its aproach and departure angles , but a z is much harder to break . just my expierience with both
