Yeah, keep the funkly little bed door and have the spare mount up against the front of the bed wall. If needed, unlatch and roll it out the funky bed door
.....So I guess this is the colorado bed then? One of the guys at the shop has a brand new 4 door colorado. Guess I will check it out more closely tomorrow.
