I run a 38x15.50x18 (18x10x4.5 rim) and it's ripped my wheel well up and rubs heavily. Anything much taller will get stuffed into the wheel wells pretty hard, but a narrower tire will reduce the rubbing from full lock.
On the street rubbing will be minimal. For offroad use something narrower than 15.5 would be better anyway.

I agree with philD, something in less width than 15.5 would be better, probably wouldn't rub at all in full turn, and wouldn't come close to rubbing in the rear, unless you do rock crawling, then your wheels will get fuked up
