Seems to be little easier to shape yet mix so it sets as quick as You want and stronger than bondo without the thickness required to prevent cracks. You know what i mean better than i'm explaining. I know it is not a good painters choice not to have the full project in His hands but, with a great painter it is possible to have parts of a project done outside. Just cannot be helped by try to do it so that each specialist work is a project of it's own and just fits in.
Have an interior uhpolstery that works great with just part of project but, like console stuff He does not mind as long as it is it's own project and blends with total project. Makes it easier without worrying if color just right that kind of stuff. I would never put a professional in that kind of position. Know what i mean. It would be close consulting and communication.

You mean was... Right after these pics, my wife and I went to a rally in SC. I had loaded up my bike and started to head to the house to get her sportster. One of the pots bolted to the floor RIPPED right out of the floor leaving my bike on it's side in the trailer.
Minor damage, chip in tank, bent handlebars and gouged rear fender.
I got everything back to normal and 2 days ago she and I trailered the bikes to Myrtle Beach fall rally. I bought special chaulks for the bikes and tied them down. Everything was fine there but on the way back, I hit a bump, it jarred the trailer and apparently unhooked one of the tiedowns on her sportster.
IT FELL ON TOP OF MINE... got the insurance estimate today. 3800 dollars damage for the two of them.
Well, gotta do some repainting... besides I want a cowcatcher front fender anyways.
