OnStar didn't always have this feature, so it wasn't available from the time you bought your H3. I can't remember how many months they've been doing this .. but it hasn't been a year. Funny thing .. when the dealer had mine for a lonnnnng period of time back in June, OnStar did a diagnostic when the techs were doing a road test.
I was pretty impressed!
