And just so you know, Billing or Customer service questions for your Verizon account can only be answered by one office now. (I think they're in KY or TN) You need to call the Verizon 800 # and then type in your 10 digit H3 Cell tel. # in order to get routed to the right dept.

There is only one office that is setup for Verizon Customers using an Onstar Device as their second or third line. Ask me how I know! AND trust me, you don't want the regular Verizon Customer Service reps helping you when you are using Onstar.
The Verizon w/ Onstar folks are very knowledgable, and can answer all your requests.
Now this is why it would be nice to have some sort of an Onstar Subscript promo, because you can't use the Verizon package unless you subscribe to Onstar.
