I work outside, (telephone repairman) and come in contact with all kinds of things that bite and sting
most insects ie. wasp/bees (non-africanized) will leave you alone as long as they are not bothered or thier nest not threatened. BUT yellow jackets are very aggressive and attack in force if your just close by and make them nervous. the only solution is to
KILL THEM ALL then dance on nest and kill every yj you see
