Are you paying to be in this country club?
If so I'd take the tape to the manager and demand at least a free year's membership as well as the employee being fired. If he's stupid about it show the tape to other members. If the manager won't do anything about it the other members deserve to know what he's letting his employees get away with. I know I wouldn't want to be part of a club that lets employees spit on my car.
Next I'd file a report with the police. I don't imagine this is enough to file charges for but if your truck ever got vandelized that report would be a paper trail leading back to the prime suspect. If the employee got fired I would absolutely file a report to cover my a'ss.
