I just installed the rancho steering stabilizer and rancho 9000 shocks. It was a basic install but I am curious on the stabilizer why you had to have a bracket? If your hummer came factory with dampner, the rancho 5000 stabilzer would mount back up to the factory hole where the old one came out? Does it have to do with angles and friction or something? Just curious?
