Agreed. But do you think that the Military is going to be able to take care of business as they should with the current rules of engagement? When I think about the mid easts' past history I cannot help but feel that they do not know peace without bloodshed. Not to say that there has been no bloodshed in Iraq, but I dont think that the American way of building Democracy in Iraq is keeping within in the past history of the region. I think to be more effective in Iraq the rules of engagement need to be changed, I dont think that the current rules are set up in a way that is biased (for lack of a better word) towards the troops. I think we have tried to put the people of Iraq before our troops, and in turn there has been bloodshed against our soldiers that would not have occured otherewise.
