You're not the only one. I've
casually mentioned the survey a few times .. peppering my conversation with, "I like filling out surveys .. can't wait to send back the GM Survey once all is completed!". At the end, when the dealer said these issues were normal for H3's, he said, "You have to do what you have to do". So, it seems that it means more to some than others. However, f5fstop is always right on ... it SHOULD make the difference for the dealer when a survey is sent in.
