Unfortunately, all the dealers in the Bay Area seem to suck in the customer service department.
If you can't get the deal you want, take a drive up to Sacramento Hummer. I've heard nothing but good things about them.
Also, if you're working with Silicon Valley Hummer, be aware that they've been sold and will be closing up shop soon.
