Depends on how much product your talking about...a container full or a few large boxes? If your doing a container then I would suggest you should use a broker/import/export guy. Makes the process much smoother and they get like 1-2% to do it all for you. If it's the smaller quantities, you can usually take care of it directly and just use DHL. DHL is the cheapest for bringing small amounts in directly from China(quicker too).
