gmid is an umbrella for two types of discounts -- family members of gm employees, or friends and/or family (or anyone who scores one online) of gm suppliers. unless you are related to a gm employee, which has to be PROVEN to the dealer. its nolo contendre. but it's no problemo with the supplier discount. don;t listen to the moron who is contradicting me.
