Of course....
GMS, which is actually called a NVPP - New Vehicle Purchse Program. Many moons ago, GM offered three different types of discounts to their employees and family members (long before that ridiculous Same Sex Domestic Partner BS). One was GMO, which basically stood for GM Order, and GMS which stood for GM stock, and of course the GM Company Owned vehicle program (aka PEP). In those days, you would get a discount form purchasing a vehicle on the dealers lot GMS, or a greater discount if you ordered one from the dealer (GMO). They did away with the greater discount and left the GMS for either stock item or an ordered item. Many get GMS mixed up with GM supplier, and then later GM added GMID.
