It's free at the state inspection center. If the H3 would have been bought here in New Joisey the dealer would have put on the inspection sticker for NJ at delivery time.
Since it was bought out of the state.... The NJ Automobile Nazi's require a vehical inspection for all rig's brought into trhe state..new or not.
