It's just that... When one of yor drive wheels starts to slip the clutch pack in the rear locks up and applies dirive force to the wheel that is slipping.
It's also know as posi traction. The Off Road package or Adventure package( Which comes with the off road option ) has a locking differential.
Meaning ..That there are no clutches that can slip after both wheels are locked up.
With the Locking Diff..both wheels are mechanicaly locked together as one shaft...nothing to slip.
