New Years Eve: I think of it as a last meal of the year type of thing- Grilled Ribeyes and Oven Baked Potato (baked with Sea Salt and loaded) and then little cups of icecream with homemade chocolate sauce and chopped walnuts.
News Years Day: A late breakfast (Sausage, hashbrowns and eggs), threw a Corned Beef Brisket, red potatoes and cabbage into the Crock Pot, then battered some fresh green beans and deep fried them- served them with a wasabi ranch dip around 3:30, then we ate around 4 and then I had more icecream later- nabbed the remaining chocolate sauce(
