That's funny.. the manual says nothing about using the hard key S&S buttons after pressing the touch arrows and then the select button on the screen. When you hit the select button after using the arrows.. the unit stays where the last setting was before arrow use.
So your saying if I move over to the hard S&S button the unit will jump to the selection I have just picked with the arrows after hiting select..?
So.. your "XM Info" Button is grayed out also..??
And is your XM System direct from the GM plant..or was it installed at the dealer with a seperate antenna like mine?

That's what I'm saying. When that scond option is enabled, you can use the seek button to go thru the difft channels for that category (Talk, News, Rock, etc) that you selected on screen.
Mine came with it from factory.
And yeah...my XM Info is always greyed out. I used to think it was for future use or maybe it functions in a difft vehicle configuration or something. Who knows. Oh and yeah....the documentaion on this Nav unit and XM are sketchy at best. I figured most of it out just by playing with it.
