I have had this programmer which I bought together with another one exactly the same for about a year. The one that I used works perfect never had a problem one and I have returned it back to stock several times before taking it to the dealer. I don't think I've had any updates done to my 03 H2 that I know of or they were already done before I purchased it new in 2003. Did you call hypertech I hear they are very usful. I haven't had to call them myself. So as far as the software by hypertech I have no idea and Parts guy I am hummerless lol. I already miss it but needed something a little more versatile for now. I went with a new Toyota...I know I know lol but trusty little rigs. I hope they redesign the H2 in the next few years then I will purchase another. I still plan to visit the forum often as I get a kick out of reading the blogs. Very usful and its like one big happy family I will always feel a part of. I had the first Hummer in town and Everybody knows who I am now. I even get along with the Jeep guys well most of them..especially when they need a tow out....Its always fun Thanks guys and Gals...later.
