Left some lapping compound inside and after ? [/b]5K-15K miles, it chews up your gears and you get a new transfer case.

That was the rear diff, not the t-case. Either way, fixed under warranty, like everything else.
I would definitely open a case with Hummer. Just explain what you've been through with the vehicle so far. They will get in touch with the Dealer's service department and may even compensate you with some sort of GMPP plan or service vouchers.
