Problem with me is my folks live 20 mins away. Wifes mom is 2 mins away (moved into our development). Wifes dad has house down on the water in Northern Neck (Lewisetta/Calleo) so everyone is right around here basically. Once my folks head back to good ol West VA then I am seriously looking at bailing from this area.
You shouldnt have any issue selling your alls place down in VA beach. You have kept it very nice and CP has done an excellent job gardening
