I must thank you for your reply and readiness to
assist me in this regard. As this transaction is of
high magnitude,

I would want to properly and formally introduce myself
to you. I am 56 years of age; I am married with five
children, three lovely daughters and two sons. I have
worked with Lead Merchant Bank as an auditor for 18
years now presently I am the head of the auditing
department, a position I am holding since 1996. I am a
Christian, a baptized Catholic since my childhood.

Please, find hereunder the details of the transaction
for better understanding:

For us to effect this, you will stand in as a relative
of late Pius Chan and you will send in an application
to the head of International Remittance Division of my
Bank that your cousin's fund be paid to you as the
next of kin. Once approval is given, you will be
contacted directly for them to process and effect
transfer.

Once an order for transfer has been given, I will take
a leave of absence and travel down to meet with you
for my share. It is a matter of necessity to contact
you for this transaction without further investigation
about your person since you have the same last name as
the deceased person. I view you to be in the capacity
of a businessman that will be able to handle its own
end of the project. It is therefore necessary that you
tell me a little about yourself. I hope you would not
betray me. As for Trust, it is given things that trust
is earned, it is not given out lightly.

However, because I need you in this transaction, I
must give $5.5M. I believe that this will keep you
from refusing to give my own share of the money when
the transaction is completed.

The modality for our project has been worked out
carefully and we cannot go wrong as long as you work
with me in unity. I am very positive that our success
is highly dependent on how much dedication we have
towards this project. Please my direct involvement in
this transaction should not be mentioned to anybody
that would be contacting you from my company else it
would jeopardize this transaction.

Upon the commencement of this transaction, you will be
expected to make all direct communications with the
Head of the International Fund Remittance department
of my bank, while I will be behind the scene to tell
you what to do and say.

With your cooperation and confidentiality, we will
pull this within 14 working days.

I will send the drafted application to you and I am
attaching a copy of his certificate of deposit late
Pius Chan.
