It's an amazingly elaborate scheme, something on the X-Files magnitude. So completely convinced are so many individuals, it really should be studied for future mass-control tactics. Granted, it's taken about 30 years to get to this point. But the level of fanaticism is very high, and you can't even so much as whisper something to the contrary of AGW. You'll find yourself with two lead feet at the bottom of the Hudson.
I think the article brings up a good point that if you really want to make a difference, putting money into renewable energy is really the way to go. There have been a number of wind farms installed here in PA, and I think it's a much better choice than funding corporations in India and China, or building new coal plants.
