Also a few other things to consider like start-up time, radio, etc. Mine was cool, but it wasn't practical, there are better options depending on what you want... media center, gps, both...etc.

Good to know deit!
I currently have Alpine NAV hooked up to a Necvox 6.5 screen, radio,tv,DVD and also running NAV to a SAVV rearview mirror. The Alpine is great but no touchscreen, so I thought of changing but if it's NG, I'll steer clear and do some more research!
