Please be advised that a fraudulent email is being sent to BellSouth? Internet Service customers in an attempt to obtain User IDs and passwords.
Otherwise known as ?phishing,? this fraudulent email is a scam by which the email user is duped into revealing personal or confidential information, such as passwords. Once the scammer has your personal or confidential information, he or she might use it illegally and/or sell it to others.

If you receive an email with the title "Account Security Measures" and "BELLSOUTH" in the "From" address field, DO NOT OPEN IT. Immediately DELETE the email from your system.

This email is NOT from BellSouth.

Following is a copy of the fraudulent email:
