Those problems are the exact ones I had. Within weeks it was slowing down, it wouldn't come out of sleep, regularly. Bluetooth, wireless wouldn't work unless you restart, programs losing settings, crashing, etc.. In the year or so I had it, I ended up reinstalling OSX 3 times. Yes you are!
And there was a fix issued for the sleep issue.
