it was the c3 to c4 change over . but in a way you are correct there were some 83 c4's that were test cars they all were sent to the crushers . no 83 vettes were built for sale to the public
but tell him some mule cars were built in 83 .and there is one in the national crvette museum in bowling green . nav and i were there a couple years ago
