It simply makes the offender more evil. As in, if they're were deported like they should have been, this wouldn't have happened.
Perhaps some day we'll see a VAT. That would elminate the hassle of taxes, and would also force anyone living in this country to have to pay their share of taxes. Has negatives such as buy more, pay more. But it encourages saving, which is something that suffers in the US.
Sad story, and one that should encourage parents to make sure their children:
1. Wear seat belts
2. Drive defensively
Also, if parents have the cash, they should buy their children the heaviest, safest car they can afford. It's the other driver you have to worry about. A fcuking 1994 Plymouth is not a good choice. Especially when you're killed by a
2-door Mistubishi that
rear ends you... Probably some deathbox like a Duster.
And this just comes back to my biggest annoyance: driving intoxicated. So many people do it. It's just stupid. I refuse to drive after even half a glass of something. I only drink if I'm at home and am not going anywhere.
