No. The facts are this illegal alien had a license to drive, and had been convicted of alcohol related offenses before, yet he was still in this country! WTF?!?!?!

The citizens of the 5 local cities are going nuts over this and are demanding the names of the judges who let this POS go without being turned over to INS.
Something similar happened a few years ago that led to tougher STATE laws when a Beach man with prior DUI convictions killed a teen by plowing over his car. That man is now serving life and he was not an illegal alien.
